Pale salmon in color, our Blanc de Noirs has aromas of berry and pear, complemented by a rich, round mouth feel on the palate.

Its pale, ethereal pink color tinted with gold or orange, releases a bouquet of citrus fruits and white orchard flowers. On the palate, lively and bright, revealing notes of pink grapefruit, fleshy fruit and with room to breathe, hints of fruit tart.

Notes of apricots and floral notes such as lilac and violets make this White Port complex. Like all young Ports, it can be enjoyed for weeks after opening, if kept in good storage conditions. Try as an aperitif with almonds and pates and served cold.

They harvest early for lighter wines with higher acidity and a pure clean fruit profile. Light, bright, refreshing and fruit forward without passing as overbearing. 100% Sangiovese.
