A one-woman show with a lot of hustle and dedication to farming 15 acres. She is quiet, soft-spoken, and the wines match. The wine's minerality shines through, evoking a sea of citrus, minerals, and shells, while floral undertones provide a delicate lift.

The most amazing value to come out of CA in chardonnay in years! Superb balance of fruit & acid, featuring tangerine, apple, and hazelnuts flavors on a medium bodied frame.

Predominantly Grenache (red and white), with some Syrah and Carignan. 40 year old vines with Southern exposure. Vinified using only indigenous yeasts. No pesticide, no herbicide, no insecticides (Biodynamic cert!).

Powerful flavours of herbs, pears and white peach, with some apricot and spice notes. Real presence, but not at all heavy. Just lovely fruit intensity!

Josiane and Jacques Cambecedes work together on their property of around 30 hectares in the town of Margueron, in the Gironde. For this couple of authentic winegrowers, everything is about the land, the terroir, and expertise passed down from generations.

Aromas of rich toasted barrel, bright vibrant Bing cherry, blackberry and coffee on the nose are followed by inviting flavors of ripe red fruits.

The bouquet is relatively luxurious, a super succulent ripe raspberry, with very good tension behind. This seems very young, but the abundant fruit and the structure are promising.

Always arrestingly wild, La Chavaroche possesses an unmistakable musk: an animal fur profile that feels somehow ancient and eternal. Strikingly pretty for a young Chavaroche, with a sense of lift and suppleness complementing its irresistible savory funk.

In 2021, this cuvée recalls the classique, but with everything dialed up a notch. Savory and structured, it evokes Provençal garrigue, licorice, and a hint of black olive.

This wine has lots of lovely ripe fruit, yet not over the top, fine minerality and perfectly poised acidity . The palate is quite richly flavoured, notes of pineapple, ripe apple and a nutty roundness. It has a lovely backbone of acidity and minerality.

This brew boasts a juicy taste reminiscent of pear and white peaches. Notes of sugarcane and roasted almond can be detected in the middle.

This cuvee of Pinot Noir barrels from our home appellation is back after a small crop in 2021. This wine comes from Zenith and Temperance Hill vineyards, with bright zesty raspberry fruit and Pinot spice.

A blend of Sangiovese and Aleatico, this gently sparkling wine is bursting with fleshy grapefruit and blood orange on the palate. With plenty of searing acidity to give the wine zest.

Showing deep ruby color and aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry. On the palate, it has a velvety texture with flavors of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry, as well as hints of tobacco, cedar, and spice.

Deep rich red color, with aromas of field berries and vanilla. The rich fruity palate shows dark berry and plum flavors.

Luis Pato Baga Rosé is a very elegant sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble and rich and fresh aromas of red berries and citrus fragrances.
