An unoaked blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from youthful Bekaa Valley vines. Meant for consumption within a few years of the harves, this deeply-coloured, vividly fruity style, first produced in 2007, may yet prove to be a ‘keeper’.

This Cabernet punches well above its weight, showcasing the ripe fruit bounty of California's sunshine for an everyday price. Ample sun and warmth allows grapes to ripen fully.

Made of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillion, it has classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of lemon peel and grapefruit on the nose. Picks up some grassy notes and more melon fruit on the palate. Zesty!

Nose: quite a high intensity nose, full of brine, chalky notes and almonds. Typical chamomile. Perfect match for oysters, shrimp or clams!

Brilliant yellow gold in color with aromas of green apple and white peach backed by a touch of honey. The wine is round, full-bodied and fresh with an elegant creamy texture and a tangy finish.

This exceptional Pinot Noir is grown within the grasp of the cool ocean airs that drift in from California’s northern coast. Herbal and spice aromas blend with red and blue berry fruit. Medium-body and silky in texture with a freshness.

Aromas of clove, cranberry, coffee, cinnamon, black pepper, and coco nibs. Notes of boysenberry, graphite, blackberry, coffee, and dark chocolate cascade over the palate. The wine is full-bodied, with an opulent, velvety texture and bold structure.

Aromas of fresh peaches leap from the glass along with hints of ginger and lilac. Once sipped, a shower of foamy bubbles dance soulfully on the tongue and then burst into a medley of crisp citrus fruit.

On the nose, you'll get aromas of ripe strawberries and cherries, accompanied by notes of fresh, wild herbs, white pepper and melon. Dry and bright on the palate, the wine has juicy fruit and an easy-going demeanor. The perfect summer sipper!

Opens with aromas of sweet vanilla and allspice, followed by black currants, ripe plums and a savory hint of anise. Palate has a smooth entry, building to a big mouthfeel with firm tannins a juicy, crisp acidity. Dark fruits flood the mid-palate in waves.

Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (25%), Pinot Blanc (25%); This wine is full of stony Japanese pear, dried apples, and subtle lemony notes. And with nearly three years on the lees, it holds nothing back.

Alluring and ripe, it reveals notes of balsamic, black cherry, and purple flowers. This medium-bodied red has moderate tannins, with elegant freshness , and a long persistant finish with hints of tar and roses.

Fresh and vibrant with notes of citrus, orange zest and pith. The palate has a soft friendly feel with a finish that favors the citrus fruits. The warm and sunny days of Friuli give us wonderful concentration, the cool nights provide refreshing acidity.

We craft our Chardonnay in a food-friendly, focused style, with minimal new oak influences. Barrel Aging: 18 months 100% French oak, 50% new. Nice balance to the tangerine & melon flavors, and surprising granny apple too!
