The fruitiest and the spiciest of the varietals -- a unique wine. It is in Alsace that this grape variety reaches the height of perfection. Its dry personality makes it ideal as an aperitif and lighter fare.

Gentle forest fruit and tarry plum aromas, together with an exotic cinnamon note from the oak. A wine of volume as well as finesse and poise, with dried flowers on the finish.

This wine comes from Mellot’s home domaine of La Moussière, It is young, bold and intense, with a mix of spice, concentrated citrus and crisp acidity. The depth of flavor in this wine is extraordinary and merits aging.

Pale yellow, limpid and brilliant. The nose opens on notes of chalk, white flowers and fresh fruit such as apple. Minerality on the palate with a long and saline finish. Perfect as an aperitif or to pair with seafood, prawns or fish.

Aromas of wild blackberry, dark plum and tar with herbal and earthy undertones. Medium-bodied. Spicy, mixing cedar shavings with dried black cherries & mint. This is profoundly textural & elegant in feel.

Intense garnet red hue and aromas of fruit, oak, and spice on the nose. The palate reveals a smooth, rich attack, velvety tannins, and good balance.

Shows aromas of orange blossom, guava, pear, Fuji apple and spring flowers, as well as
hints of minerality and fresh-cut hay. On the palate, it is crisp and bright with
lively acidity framing delicate flavors of Meyer lemon and honeydew melon.

With zero dosage, Sauvage Rosé's vibrant fruit flavors of wild strawberry and a hint of cherry really shine on the nose and palate and are complemented by a toasty palate, and creamy, yet crisp mousse.

Caymus has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. Our Cabernet offers layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis and ripe berries.

Each glass features complex aromatics with hints of truffle, smoke, earth, tar, cassis, spice and leather. The wine is elegant, refined and sensuously balanced.

The nose is fruity with koji rice, apple, honeydew, and strawberry aromas. A very plush sake that is loaded with fruit basket flavors and has a very wine-like acidity presence with a long finish. Chewy, round, and soft, but bright.

On the palate, this Riesling was dry, with high acid, body, and alcohol, and a medium+ intensity of flavor. Notes of pineapple, lemon, a touch of tart apple, as well as almond which lingered for quite some time.

Pale yellow with green reflections and rich concentrated aromas of white flower and apricot notes. Smooth, medium bodied with good fruit, zestiness and acidity.

This Alsacian white has a bright, pale gold color with aromas of juicy peaches and ripe pear. Flinty, full-bodied with ripe, smoky, tropical fruit flavors and a long nutty finish.

Balanced, rich and explosive. Think red plums and bittersweet cocoa with hints of smoke and cedar. Vibrant, refreshing. So smooth, so naughty, and so very, very nice.

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label manages to reconcile two opposing factors - strength and silkiness - and to hold them in perfect balance with aromatic intensity and a lot of freshness. This consistent power to please makes it ideal as an aperitif.

Aromas of redcurrants, wild strawberries, smoke and mushrooms. It's medium-bodied with plush tannins and bright acidity. Juicy and spicy.

Riesling is the most emblematic of Alsace grape varieties. Its delicate bouquet, the beautiful balance between its dry character, its distinguished fruitiness and its natural liveliness contribute to its exceptional richness.

Features enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove, and roasted fig. Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate, and vanilla linger harmoniously for a smooth and luscious finish.

On the palate, the wine is smooth even straight after opening the bottle. The fruit is noticeably sweet with ripe cherries dominating followed by rich plum and the softness of gingerbread and violets.

This elegantly balanced, medium-bodied wine is half barrel fermented and aged sur-lie. The wine displays inviting notes of tropical fruit and citrus blossom on the nose that gives way to peach and pear flavors on the palette.
