Fruit, primarily yellow fruits, and particularly peach, predominate at the initial tasting. There are also aromas of stewed fruits, with a hint of honey. The mouth is full of fruit – peaches, cherry plums, and oranges. Freshness, elegance throughout.

Pale salmon in color, our Blanc de Noirs has aromas of berry and pear, complemented by a rich, round mouth feel on the palate.

Always arrestingly wild, La Chavaroche possesses an unmistakable musk: an animal fur profile that feels somehow ancient and eternal. Strikingly pretty for a young Chavaroche, with a sense of lift and suppleness complementing its irresistible savory funk.

This California red offers aromas and flavors of red cherry and cassis with layered notes of baking spice, savory herbs and dried rose hips. The flavors are elevated on the palate by bright acidity and fine tannins.

Aromas of ripe raspberry, tart bing cherry, plum and white pepper, the palate is light, but explodes with minerality. A beautifully balanced and integrated acidity. Elegant and complex, a lovely spice component which becomes ever present while sipping.

It has a balanced freshness, good structure and velvety tannins. Aged for 1 year in 500 liter barrels, it has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections.

Begins with an inviting blackberry and other ripe, dark fruit aromas along with a little licorice. It needs some air but when it does you'll find a soft and smooth wine that is a bit tannic and features dark fruit with just a little bit of earthiness.

Shows a perfumed note, with red tea and sandalwood hints throughout. Supple red currant, fresh Damson and cherry preserve flavors do the heavy lifting. Fine grained and very focused on the finish, with some sneaky length to boot.

Dark and luscious, the 2019 Diamond Collection Claret brings together fragrant notes, good length, firm tannins, and sophisticated character. Notes of caramel, pepper, clove and cocoa. Enhanced by a full body and long finish.

Medium-bodied palate with depth, very classical with extra freshness. There are notes of maple syrup, smoke, licorice & crisp fruit. The palate is austere, crunchy & reveals the chalkiness of the soils. There's definition & precision here.

From purchased fruit throughout Loire valley, this Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent intro to the type. Subtle floral nose, grassy apple fruit and pomelo on the palate. More fruit roundness than Sancerre at a keener price point.

An enticing nose of pepper, violets, cigar and cassis. On the palate it is a mouthwatering melange of red berry and plum flavors backed by earthy tones of herb roasted meat and fresh black trumpet giving way to a spice laden finish.

Local Debina, Vlahiko, and Bekari grapes go through skin contact before fermentation, resulting a light amber orange color. Off-dry, charming sparkling with flavors of baked pear/apple, orange peels, and mountain spices.
