The 2021 Papillon is dark crimson, and a ruby rim. The wine opens with aromatics of boysenberry jam, violets, chocolate covered blueberry and hints of Cara Cara rind, graphite and brioche, with considerable weight of cassis, blackberry and baking spices.

Aromas of wild blackberry, dark plum and tar with herbal and earthy undertones. Medium-bodied. Spicy, mixing cedar shavings with dried black cherries & mint. This is profoundly textural & elegant in feel.

This Vieilles Vignes red is sort of a Reserve-level wine with not only the oldest vines but also the best exposures combined to make a more nuanced, complex wine with Mercurey’s textbook depth, spiciness and concentration on display.

Full-bodied with layers of plum, cedar, sage, and smoky leather. Elegant, round tannins and a touch of vanilla with toasty caramel linger on the finish. Medium and strong-flavored cheeses, such as blue cheese or sharp cheddar pair nicely with this wine.

Mingling notes of red berries and plums with notions of peach, dried flowers and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and elegant, it's bright and charming, with a generous core of fruit, racy acids and a pinpoint mousse.

Opens with notes of small red fruits carried on a savory undertone of garrigue. A refreshing touch of greenness on the palate which gives this fresh, lively wine its thirst-quenching tone. Delicate with flavors of white fruit and a hint of minerality.

The nose is fruity with koji rice, apple, honeydew, and strawberry aromas. A very plush sake that is loaded with fruit basket flavors and has a very wine-like acidity presence with a long finish. Chewy, round, and soft, but bright.

100% Chardonnay. With fresh floral aromas, the wine shows elegant, rich fruit on the palate. This is one of the purest expressions of Chardonnay in Burgundy. Pairs with vegetable terrines, poultry & goat cheese.

Freshly sliced green apple, lime curd, wet stones and subtle yoghurt notes. This is a restrained expression of sauvignon blanc with a medium body, crisp acidity and a creamy, flinty finish.

California - Ripe and plump, with dried cherry, roasted sage, black olive and smoked pepper accents that finish with firm tannins. Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. What a blend!

Light pink in color with a pleasant after taste that lingers nicely. Its nose is characterized by delicious hints of spring flowers and lemon. On the palate, one will be struck by its notes reminiscent of the flavors of crushed strawberry, lemon and melon

The elegant nose exudes fruity and floral notes. The palate of this Mercurey offers a harmonious structure and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness. An easy drinking wine that is ideal served either as an aperitif or with a meal.

Serious, structures, modern and intense, with layers of savory dark berry fruit and oak. This will reward patience. This wine pairs beautifully with beef, lamb, and mushrooms.

The wine is pristine, bright and fresh with high acidity and citrus and mineral aromas and flavor. Delicious with poultry, shellfish and lobster. A clean and crisp Chablis stemming from its unoaked origins.

Fumé Blanc comprised of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Sonoma County. This wine opens with enticing aromas of guava, apricot, lychee and Meyer lemon. The palate is crisp and juicy, offering ripe pineapple, mango, peach and fresh lemon cream flavors.

The 2016 Brunello di Montalcino has aromatics of menthol and medicinal herbs, brushed leather, and black cherry. This is a very concentrated Brunello that combines notes of blood orange with a hint of chinotto mixed with complex Mediterranean spices.

With zero dosage, Sauvage Rosé's vibrant fruit flavors of wild strawberry and a hint of cherry really shine on the nose and palate and are complemented by a toasty palate, and creamy, yet crisp mousse.

On the palate, this Riesling was dry, with high acid, body, and alcohol, and a medium+ intensity of flavor. Notes of pineapple, lemon, a touch of tart apple, as well as almond which lingered for quite some time.
