This 2021 Sauvignon Blanc has a blend of fruity and floral aromatics and flavors. It opens up with beautiful aromatics of candied orange, lychee and starbright . Palate is fruity with grapefruit and melon flavors.

A very mineral and intense aroma, tropical fruit and extremely intense floral notes. Very structured and full on the palate. An explosion of fruit with vibrant acidity.

Vineyard soils have a high percentage of chalk and limestone, which imparts mineral character. Elegant aromas and clean, fresh character. Shows floral, apple and citrus aromas and flavors, with mineral notes; a classic expression from this appellation.

On the palate, the wine is smooth even straight after opening the bottle. The fruit is noticeably sweet with ripe cherries dominating followed by rich plum and the softness of gingerbread and violets.

Nice, light, bright and tangy citrus fruits with hints of peach flavors. Crisp, good clean acidity to keep the mouth watering for more. Off-dry and delicately floral.

Big blast of cedar, cigar box, and blackberry aromas with hints of olive. Jam-packed flavors of plum, black olive, and dark chocolate. Big, dusty tannins support the seamless mouthfeel and a delicate core of acidity stretches out the finish.

Earthy aromas and flavors of cherry lozenge, glazed beets, succulent plum, roasted nuts, ginger, and allspice. With a velvety, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a smooth, elegant, long finish with earthy tannins and moderate oak flavor.

The 2018 Morning Fog Chardonnay bursts with aromatics from citrus, lemon curd, pear and toasty oak. This wine is balanced by hints of vanilla and citrus on the palate, finishing with a nice acidity.

Fresh and vibrant aromas of sliced green apple, white peach, and honeysuckle with integrated notes of baked apple and puff pastry on the palate. It is round, layered, and complex with a refreshing acidity that leads to a full and lengthy finish.

Blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is citrus and mineral driven on the nose, showing depth. Dominated by preserved lemon, crunchy golden apples, spicy herbs, slate and a bit of creamy yogurt. Pronounced flavors of green pear and white grapefruit.

St. Michael-Eppan Pinot Grigio is a straw yellow color with a slight green shimmer. Fruity aroma of pear and apple. On the palate, soft, refined and elegant.

Rich and ripe dark cherry fruit, along with attractive spicy, smoky notes. Fleshy and full, with surprising depth and length. This wine is intended to be consumed in its youth and is a terrific complement to roasted meats, pastas and pizza

A fine nose reminiscent of well-ripe yellow fruits (peach and pear), to which are added notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple and shades of citrus. The attack is full evolving on a lemony freshness and long and lively exotic fruit finish.

Dark black fruit, prunes, raisins, and dried green herbs. Very elegant and smooth. Soft tannins and a memorable finish.
