This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc begins with inviting aromas of sweet citrus, pink grapefruit and fresh-cut hay that rise from the glass beckoning a first sip. The energetic citrus notes are echoed on the palate.

Fruity and forward, this bursts forth with candied cherries, marionberry jam and blueberry compote. Behind that wall of fruit are light acidity and just enough phenolic punch to keep the flavors ringing through the finish.

A nose of blackberry, cassis, smoky leather and dried herbs with layers of plum and cherry. Bold, this wine is structured around a solid core of boysenberry and cherry fruit. Ripe tannins provide layers of boysenberry, black cherry and licorice.

Baking spice notes of caramel, black pepper, and clove come through, showing the well-integrated oak character. On the palate, juicy cassis, blackberry, and red cherry are supported by hints of delicate red rose, tobacco leaf, and earthy forest floor.

Gorgeous aromas of plums and currants with some wet earth, mushroom, bark and incense undertones. Woody. Medium-to full-bodied with such beautiful depth and length. So subtle and long. Fabulous harmony.

The classic ruby color of this wine is stunning and sets the stage for this robust Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose, aromas of tobacco, dark chocolate shavings, fresh black currant hints of savory notes.

Bold flavors of dark fruit and spice from the Zinfandel, complemented by the soft mouthfeel and black fruits from Merlot, layered with the soft blueberry notes of Syrah, and finally supported by the structure and dark fruits of the Cabernet.

The powerful and elegant nose offers superb notes of spices, cherries and cocoa. The mouth reveals a beautiful dense structure with fine tannins and complex aromas of red fruit such as blackcurrants and floral notes. The finish is long and harmonious.

Deep amber-colored wine with aromas of orange marmalade, apricot tart and honey followed by gingerbread, fruit tea, cardamon and toasted almonds.

Its nose, intense of candied lemon, develops itself on notes of citrus marmalade, acacia, and thyme. The mouthfeel, very fresh, offers a nice tension where aromas of candied lemon and white flowers are revealed.

Nose: quite a high intensity nose, full of brine, chalky notes and almonds. Typical chamomile. Perfect match for oysters, shrimp or clams!

An unoaked blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from youthful Bekaa Valley vines. Meant for consumption within a few years of the harves, this deeply-coloured, vividly fruity style, first produced in 2007, may yet prove to be a ‘keeper’.

This cru bourgeois estate has produced a generously rich wine. Dense tannins and balanced acidity come from a texture that offers dusty tannins and ripe blackberry fruits. Drink from 2021.

Aromas of black fruits—plum and cherry—dark chocolate and leather. The entry is elegant and floods the palate with notes of cassis, blackberry, blueberry, caramel and brown sugar. Rich and bold. The wine closes with dusty tannins and baking chocolate.

This wine comes from Mellot’s home domaine of La Moussière, It is young, bold and intense, with a mix of spice, concentrated citrus and crisp acidity. The depth of flavor in this wine is extraordinary and merits aging.

Bright medium ruby. Very dark, discreet scents of black raspberry, crème de cassis and flowers. Densely packed, intense and energetic, terrific savory minerality and violet lift. A crystalline quality finishes with mounting length and noble tannins.

Charcoal and wood-smoked aromas melt into nicely concentrated black-cherry and dark chocolate flavors in this full-bodied, well balanced, moderately tannic wine.

Extremely aromatic and floral with citrus peel and rose petal aromas. The oak is restrained and in the background. On the palate one finds tropical and citrus flavors with lead to a crisp and refreshing acidity.
