A gorgeous wine, reveals a core of intense, concentrated dark fruit to match its brooding personality. Leather, smoke, licorice and tobacco add to an impression of an inward power, yet it opens up beautifully to show notable density and layers of texture.

This starts very aromatic with white flowers, green herbal tones with some mild buttery and white pepper tones. Crisp palate with a nice acidity backed by a spot of cream, followed by a medium finish with herbal accents and mineral end.

This cru bourgeois estate has produced a generously rich wine. Dense tannins and balanced acidity come from a texture that offers dusty tannins and ripe blackberry fruits. Drink from 2021.

Baking spice notes of caramel, black pepper, and clove come through, showing the well-integrated oak character. On the palate, juicy cassis, blackberry, and red cherry are supported by hints of delicate red rose, tobacco leaf, and earthy forest floor.

Aromas of black fruits—plum and cherry—dark chocolate and leather. The entry is elegant and floods the palate with notes of cassis, blackberry, blueberry, caramel and brown sugar. Rich and bold. The wine closes with dusty tannins and baking chocolate.

This wine comes from Mellot’s home domaine of La Moussière, It is young, bold and intense, with a mix of spice, concentrated citrus and crisp acidity. The depth of flavor in this wine is extraordinary and merits aging.

Combining intensity, contained tautness and extreme contradictions, the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 blend reveals a unique structure, resonating to the rhythm of controlled energy, channeled by an acidity and bitterness that burst forth magnificently.

Opens with aromas of sweet vanilla and allspice, followed by black currants, ripe plums and a savory hint of anise. Palate has a smooth entry, building to a big mouthfeel with firm tannins a juicy, crisp acidity. Dark fruits flood the mid-palate in waves.

An unoaked blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from youthful Bekaa Valley vines. Meant for consumption within a few years of the harves, this deeply-coloured, vividly fruity style, first produced in 2007, may yet prove to be a ‘keeper’.

Crisp with a delicious line of acidity and ripe with apple and lemon flavors, this wine balances freshness with hints of maturity from aging in Ruinart's subterranean cellars. Displays the tension of cool-climate Chardonnay & showing signs of toastiness.

Always a great value...Bordeaux blend put together by Andy Erickson. The wine reveals a ruby/purple hue as well as complex notes of red and black fruits, green tobacco, cedary spice, and spring flowers. All flow to a medium to full-bodied, elegant wine.
