Gilles’s flagship Cornas comprises three parcels. Combe de Chaillot offers straightforward fruit; steep Les Terrasses, contributes granitic punch and intense spiciness; and the Grandes Mures, with its southward exposition, provides dark-fruited bass notes

Each glass features complex aromatics with hints of truffle, smoke, earth, tar, cassis, spice and leather. The wine is elegant, refined and sensuously balanced.

Dark and luscious, the 2019 Diamond Collection Claret brings together fragrant notes, good length, firm tannins, and sophisticated character. Notes of caramel, pepper, clove and cocoa. Enhanced by a full body and long finish.

Aromas of black fruits—plum and cherry—dark chocolate and leather. The entry is elegant and floods the palate with notes of cassis, blackberry, blueberry, caramel and brown sugar. Rich and bold. The wine closes with dusty tannins and baking chocolate.

Bright medium ruby. Very dark, discreet scents of black raspberry, crème de cassis and flowers. Densely packed, intense and energetic, terrific savory minerality and violet lift. A crystalline quality finishes with mounting length and noble tannins.

The powerful and elegant nose offers superb notes of spices, cherries and cocoa. The mouth reveals a beautiful dense structure with fine tannins and complex aromas of red fruit such as blackcurrants and floral notes. The finish is long and harmonious.

Classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc aromas of lifted citrus, tropical fruit, and crushed herbs. A fresh, juicy wine with vibrant acidity and plenty of weight and length on the palate. Ripe, tropical fruit flavor with passion fruit, melon, and grapefruit.

Subtle citrus fruit with candied apple on the nose. The palate displays lemon hard candy, marzipan, and a slight creamy texture on the finish A unique blend of Chardonnay and Welschriesling from Alois Kracher. Unoaked.

On the palate, this Riesling was dry, with high acid, body, and alcohol, and a medium+ intensity of flavor. Notes of pineapple, lemon, a touch of tart apple, as well as almond which lingered for quite some time.

The elegant nose exudes fruity and floral notes. The palate of this Mercurey offers a harmonious structure and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness. An easy drinking wine that is ideal served either as an aperitif or with a meal.

Our Chablis 2022 has a brilliant pale yellow color with green reflections. Its nose reveals notes of honeysuckle. Its mouth, round and fresh, reveals aromas of white peach with a mineral finish.

Balanced, rich and explosive. Think red plums and bittersweet cocoa with hints of smoke and cedar. Vibrant, refreshing. So smooth, so naughty, and so very, very nice.

A very mineral and intense aroma, tropical fruit and extremely intense floral notes. Very structured and full on the palate. An explosion of fruit with vibrant acidity.

Big blast of cedar, cigar box, and blackberry aromas with hints of olive. Jam-packed flavors of plum, black olive, and dark chocolate. Big, dusty tannins support the seamless mouthfeel and a delicate core of acidity stretches out the finish.

Extremely aromatic and floral with citrus peel and rose petal aromas. The oak is restrained and in the background. On the palate one finds tropical and citrus flavors with lead to a crisp and refreshing acidity.

100% Chardonnay. Tasting notes Visual: Gold colour with light silver-grey tints. Nose: Very expressive with aromas of flowers and honey. Palate: A frank attack. Like a hot dog.

A complex aroma of black plum, soy sauce, bright fruit and oak. Flavors mirror the aromas with a beautiful balance of fruit, oak, alcohol, acidity and tannin creating a very smooth, bright and savory wine of great length and complexity

Deep ruby red. On the nose, clear and persistent sensations of the juicy fruitiness of the grape variety, this Primitivo is full-bodied and dark and offers a delicious combination of ripe, black fruit and fresh earth.

Youthful nose; flavors of mostly dark fruit, black cherry, blackberry, plum with some vanilla towards the finish. Pretty good all around. A youthful California Cabernet.

Smooth and easy to drink, full bodied with medium acidity and medium to high tannins. The flavor profile leads with fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry jam, plum, black cherry) followed by nutmeg, black tea, and oak notes. The finish is long and lingering.

Ripe black fruit with hints of bramble and smoky notes. Cheerful, succulent, black raspberry that pops on the palate. Fine, suave tannins and lively acidity.
