The minerally undertow imparts a subtle, smoky note that blends with flavors of dried pineapple, biscuit, salted almond and white peach. A balanced version, with a fine bead and well-honed acidity.

The fruitiest and the spiciest of the varietals -- a unique wine. It is in Alsace that this grape variety reaches the height of perfection. Its dry personality makes it ideal as an aperitif and lighter fare.

On the palate, the wine is smooth even straight after opening the bottle. The fruit is noticeably sweet with ripe cherries dominating followed by rich plum and the softness of gingerbread and violets.

This wine opens with aromas of ripe golden apple, white peach, and notes of oak. On the palate, apple and pear characters are balanced by fresh acidity, and the finish is clean, with appealing mineral notes. This is a versatile food wine.

Aromas of fresh blackcherry, burnt sugar and smokiness fill your glass. On the palate, flavors evolve with vanilla foam, ripe dark fruit, roasted coffee and spice. This full-bodied wine is rounded out with smooth supple tannins with a touch of acidity.

Bright medium ruby. Very dark, discreet scents of black raspberry, crème de cassis and flowers. Densely packed, intense and energetic, terrific savory minerality and violet lift. A crystalline quality finishes with mounting length and noble tannins.

Always a great value...Bordeaux blend put together by Andy Erickson. The wine reveals a ruby/purple hue as well as complex notes of red and black fruits, green tobacco, cedary spice, and spring flowers. All flow to a medium to full-bodied, elegant wine.

Very intense and fruity, with notes of forest fruit, combined with spicy notes such as pink peppercorn, bay leaf, rosemary, black truffle, and subtle aromas of roasted coffee bean. The tannins are refined and velvety. Well structured finish.

Grenache Noir, primarily, this might be one of the best Rhone Red values EVER! Beautiful fruit, real depth, dry, but silky earthy texture. Gorgeous!
