SPIRITS

On the nose, beautiful layering of brandied cherry over a mildly tart cherry. On the palette- a robust rye with dark cherry, burnt vanilla, and spices for days. It's a delicious rye with a weighty mouthfeel.

Smooth and clean with hints of caramel. Aged for seven months in American white oak casks that have been reconditioned after originally being used for premium-aged whiskey. Great served neat or on the rocks, and perfect base for premium cocktails.

Crystal clear color with aromas of peeled citrus and agave. Fruit forward flavors with notes of vanilla and grapefruit.
Rested two months in stainless steel.
