SPIRITS

Dark gold color with hints of amber. Pear forward nose balanced with aromas of wood, tobacco, spice, cinnamon, and candied fruit on the nose. The palate is redolent of port, walnuts, and  wood and presents a remarkable smoothness.

Made from select American rye grain that is sheared to maximize the extraction of flavor from the grain. Ideal neat or in cocktails. Nut, mocha, and leather dominate the palate and nose. Begins light and semi-sweet, then turns drier.
