A blend of Sangiovese and Aleatico, this gently sparkling wine is bursting with fleshy grapefruit and blood orange on the palate. With plenty of searing acidity to give the wine zest.

Fine earthy notes with wonderful red berry fruit and ripe peach. The mouth-feel is beautiful and vibrant with great acidity balanced by elegant fruitiness. A sophistication and lovely after taste with nice minerality and a refreshing long finish.

This wine has lots of lovely ripe fruit, yet not over the top, fine minerality and perfectly poised acidity . The palate is quite richly flavoured, notes of pineapple, ripe apple and a nutty roundness. It has a lovely backbone of acidity and minerality.
