Bright ruby in hue with ripe red cherry aromas. Absolutely bursts on the palate. Supple, silky tannins combined with an abundance of juicy fresh, ripe, and tart fruit. It manages to be ripe without being a fruit bomb with pleasant acidity.

Deep carmine, ripe black fruits, turning to spices. Suppleness, persistence and aromatic breadth.
This wine can be kept as an old vintage. Its aromas of spiced ripe fruits turn then on stewed prunes, liquorice and black peppers.

Salmon pink color with fresh aromas of soft red berries, predominantly strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, round and fruity with hints of peach. A well-made structure and delicate bubbles. The finish is smooth, clean and dry.

The fruity, floral aromas and flinty minerality that characterize the best Chardonnay in the region. A stony yellow apple and citrus nose and palate with richness and intensity. Minerality that comes forth as it opens in the glass.

A light and delicately fruity cuvée with aromatic and spicy Pinot Meunier and redcurrant aromas intertwined with notes of ripe pears and yeast. On the palate, light, finessed, elegant, a very delicate Brut with an intense, well-structured finish.

Mineral and fruity, Chablis is a wine of pleasure, to be enjoyed on any occasion. A surprisingly balanced wine, with richness, freshness and the legendary minerality that characterizes great years in Chablis.

From two south-east facing parcels, "Sciaccarellu Haut" and "Sciaccarellu Maison". As of 2008 all vineyard work is organic. The wine is aged in stainless steel tank, barrique, 600L demi-muids, and concrete eggs on the lees without bâtonnage.

La Chevaliere Chardonnay is a clear pale straw color. Strong citrusy aromas on the nose, with yellow-fruit richness. Bright flavors of ripe fruit.

An intense, bright colour, with a golden hue. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of apricots, peaches, exotic fruits and preserved citrus fruit. The palate is both smooth and fresh, finishing with a hint of dried fruits

Lively and fresh aromas of citrus and cut grass jump from the glass tantalizing your taste buds. The palate is clean and crisp with high toned acidity that is balanced by citrus fruit and cantaloupe melon. Zesty.

COLOR: Luminous, pale gold yellow with mother of pearl highlights. NOSE: Reveals subtle lychee and pear aromas. After aeration, mineral notes appear, then disappear.

Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle. Golden in colour, the nose shows carmelised citrus, orange marmalade and honeysuckle. Sweet, but not cloying.

The JJ Vincent Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is made from chardonnay and has delicate flavors of buttered bread, holiday spices and quince paste."

This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine.
