This wine can be kept as an old vintage. Its aromas of spiced ripe fruits turn then on stewed prunes, liquorice and black peppers.
Salmon pink color with fresh aromas of soft red berries, predominantly strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, round and fruity with hints of peach. A well-made structure and delicate bubbles. The finish is smooth, clean and dry.

From two south-east facing parcels, "Sciaccarellu Haut" and "Sciaccarellu Maison". As of 2008 all vineyard work is organic. The wine is aged in stainless steel tank, barrique, 600L demi-muids, and concrete eggs on the lees without bâtonnage.

Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle. Golden in colour, the nose shows carmelised citrus, orange marmalade and honeysuckle. Sweet, but not cloying.
