This wine comes from Mellot’s home domaine of La Moussière, It is young, bold and intense, with a mix of spice, concentrated citrus and crisp acidity. The depth of flavor in this wine is extraordinary and merits aging.

Our Chablis 2022 has a brilliant pale yellow color with green reflections. Its nose reveals notes of honeysuckle. Its mouth, round and fresh, reveals aromas of white peach with a mineral finish.

Pale yellow straw color. Light, crisp apple flavors lends to just off dry and lowish acid but still stands up on it's own.
Really quite pleasant and a crowd pleaser.

This Rosé is fresh and lively with distinct minerality and a long-lasting finish, intensified by aging in French oak barrels. Its intense aromas of red fruit is made up of the perfect blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre, and a bit of Syrah.

Pale-pink color, evoking a rose petal. On the nose, it exudes aromas of fresh fruit, currants and fresh rose with a zest of lemon. In the mouth a beautiful liveliness that balance the mineral and saline notes. Ends with a long finish with lemony notes.
