Assyrtiko is very well expressed in the land of Laconia, producing a more extroverted lemony but also a mildly floral character. A clean and crisp gem of a wine with a nose of earthy minerals, volcanic ash, and slightly smoky aromatic quince/pear fruit.

Stunning, georgeous Chenin, from the dry Savenneries AOC in Loire Valley. Finely poised flavors and aromas of Lime, Honey, white flowers, are stretched tight around the steely mineraly core of acid. Needs time, but so good now!

Made from 100% Kydonitsa grapes. Critic tasting note: (2020 vintage) "Bright light golden colour. Pure nose with discreet notes of pale stone fruit. Delicate, ethereal.

Open and pleasant nose showing pretty floral and ripe red berry fruit along with spicy oak. The palate is elegant and juicy with red apple, beetroot and dried cherries, along with autumnal aromas of dessicated leaves and underbrush.

Silky texture with slight heat. True agave, spicy, peppery, smooth and delicious with nice buttery notes and smoky elements. Complex, but pleasant sipping.
