Visadi means “vision’ as these were the only vines passed down from Domenico’s father. Thoughtful, but still a playful varietal not intended to be lined with Barbera or Nebbiolo. Red fruits pushing out of the glass with pleasant tannins and slight spice.

Youthful nose; flavors of mostly dark fruit, black cherry, blackberry, plum with some vanilla towards the finish. Pretty good all around. A youthful California Cabernet.

A dense and concentrated Cabernet with aromas and flavors of confectionary blackberry and stewed cassis. The lush fruit is brought into balance by high tone herbal aromatics of mint, sage, and sweet tobacco.

Begins with an inviting blackberry and other ripe, dark fruit aromas along with a little licorice. It needs some air but when it does you'll find a soft and smooth wine that is a bit tannic and features dark fruit with just a little bit of earthiness.

This Pinot comes from the vines of the Côte de Nuits (towards Marsannay and Couchey) where the Pinot noir expresses all these aromas, its fruit and its terroir.

100% Chardonnay from 20-25 year old vines farmed using no herbicides. Aged three months on the lees. Vegan friendly. Very clean, fresh, Alpine in character; not unlike the wines of the Jura & Savioe. Great change from Macon!

Mingling notes of red berries and plums with notions of peach, dried flowers and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and elegant, it's bright and charming, with a generous core of fruit, racy acids and a pinpoint mousse.

A complex aroma of black plum, soy sauce, bright fruit and oak. Flavors mirror the aromas with a beautiful balance of fruit, oak, alcohol, acidity and tannin creating a very smooth, bright and savory wine of great length and complexity

This elegantly balanced, medium-bodied wine is half barrel fermented and aged sur-lie. The wine displays inviting notes of tropical fruit and citrus blossom on the nose that gives way to peach and pear flavors on the palette.

Typical of the Sancerre appellation and Henri Bourgeois style. Subtle yet powerful, its persistence exudes harmony. Crispy, and fruity this wine has some lime, apple and gunflint aromas balanced by ripe tropical and yellow orchard fruit

Lomza honey is a blend of their export lager and natural honey from apiaries close to the Lomza region. This particular honey produces a refreshingly bitter-sweet taste and delicate floral aroma that is perfect for all occasions! 5.7% ABV
