SPANISH WINE

Blackberry and black-cherry aromas with lavender, cedar and hints of cloves and white pepper, following through to a medium body with ultra-fine tannins and a beautiful, creamy finish. A little tight and reserved now. Another impressive PSI!

A refined nose with predominant notes of red and stone fruits: strawberry, raspberry and peach. Elegant notes of vanilla, caramel and a subtle hint of cinnamon. It is flavorful and expressive on the palate. Blend: 96% Tempranillo and 4% Mazuelo

Bright and aromatic nose of ground almonds; almost marzipan-like, with an abundance of apricot and orange. The palate is juicy and fresh with lifted acidity and velvety, powdery tannins.

Constant and small bubble. Very fruity aromas, especially of white fruit (acid apple and pear) and white flowers. Some spicy notes owed to ageing (cinnamon). The bubble lends a creamy feeling, and it gives volume and softness to the structure.
