SPANISH WINE

A refined nose with predominant notes of red and stone fruits: strawberry, raspberry and peach. Elegant notes of vanilla, caramel and a subtle hint of cinnamon. It is flavorful and expressive on the palate. Blend: 96% Tempranillo and 4% Mazuelo

It is gorgeously pale and transparent in color, featuring juicy tart apple, electric acidity and a decidedly more firm grip into the mid palette. The finish never loses its freshness and also adds some subtle, welcome floral qualities.

Blackberry and black-cherry aromas with lavender, cedar and hints of cloves and white pepper, following through to a medium body with ultra-fine tannins and a beautiful, creamy finish. A little tight and reserved now. Another impressive PSI!

100% Xarel·lo fermented with indigenous yeasts in tank. Twice-weekly batonnage for a further 3 months in tank. Bio-dynamic from Spain. The Balsamic 2021 Xarel-Lo has notes of fennel and aniseed. It has 12.4% alcohol, good freshness, and a mellow palate.

Bright, ripe cherry red. Intense and complex in aromas. Aromas of ripe red fruit, enveloped in white flowers, almond blossom and broom. Touches of cinnamon and resinous notes. It is elegant, balanced and harmonious on the palate.

Bright and aromatic nose of ground almonds; almost marzipan-like, with an abundance of apricot and orange. The palate is juicy and fresh with lifted acidity and velvety, powdery tannins.

Constant and small bubble. Very fruity aromas, especially of white fruit (acid apple and pear) and white flowers. Some spicy notes owed to ageing (cinnamon). The bubble lends a creamy feeling, and it gives volume and softness to the structure.

High aromatic intensity, clean and sound. On the nose roasted coffee bean and vanilla. On the palate: elegant and round. It is well balanced with a velvety attack followed by a pleasant acidity and a silky and full-bodied aftertaste.
