Rich dark cherry fruit aromas, with herbal undertones. Dry on the palate, with notes of cocoa and mixed red berries. Serve this with pizza or traditional pasta dishes.

With its usual deep ruby red color, Ornellaia 2020 stands out on the nose with ripe red fruits and delicate vanilla and gentle tobacco notes. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot,

Traditional Sangiovese nose, incense and dark bramble fruit, vanilla and spice. The palate has fresh red berry fruit, cranberry and blackberry. Tremendous value.

Aromas of dried cherries, smoke, dark leather and violets with some dried leaves follow through to a full body with firm, fine tannins that are slightly chewy, yet it shows length and focus. Needs time to open on the finish.

2016 represents a textbook vintage for Masseto. A flashy style, featuring concentrated yet fluid flavors of blackberry, plum, violet, cedar and iron, wrapped in toasty, vanilla-scented oak.

The 2016 Brunello di Montalcino has aromatics of menthol and medicinal herbs, brushed leather, and black cherry. This is a very concentrated Brunello that combines notes of blood orange with a hint of chinotto mixed with complex Mediterranean spices.

The standard bearer of the estate, it is aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak. The 2020 Pian del Ciampolo is racy, supple and textured, with lovely up front friut, and plenty of charm. This is a delightfully lithe and light style of Sangiovese.

This is so aromatic with flowers, such as cherry blossoms and roses, together with currants and blackberries. A medium-bodied Tignanello with very fine tannins and depth. Racy and very, very long finish. Pure and refined.
