The most profound and immortalized name to ever grace Pouilly-Fumé's rich terroir. As far as cult French whites go, these wines have virtually zero competition. While this warm season lead to richness, there's no sense of being overblown.

This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine.
