LANGUEDOC

Robust and bold, with honeyed aromas of jackfruit (a fleshy tropical fruit), hazelnut, brazil nut, bruised apple, juniper, and dried orange rind. On the palate, big, dry, and even have tannin like a red wine with a sourness similar to fruit beer.

The nose is dominated with over-ripe pears, followed by aromas of yellow apples and sea salt. It’s light bodied, crisp, and zippy. On the palate there’s lemons, pears, and apples. It finishes with lemon and a cobble-stone-like minerality.

Offers big but focused and refreshing flavor elements of melon, lemon and grapefruit. It is greenish- pale yellow, with enticing aromas of lime, smoke, honeysuckle and white flowers, bright with a grapy, dense mouth feel and a very clean, lengthy finish.
