Our Chablis 2022 has a brilliant pale yellow color with green reflections. Its nose reveals notes of honeysuckle. Its mouth, round and fresh, reveals aromas of white peach with a mineral finish.

The elegant nose exudes fruity and floral notes. The palate of this Mercurey offers a harmonious structure and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness. An easy drinking wine that is ideal served either as an aperitif or with a meal.

You'll taste/smell: this light and supple Pinot is moderately tannic but rich and characterful. The nose is dominated by small red fruits (raspberry, Morello cherry), and palate adds black cherry and pomegranite.

Vaillons is a bit more powerful and structured, but Dauvissat's classic take has plenty of saline minerals and crisp acidity too. Soft touch of oak here buttresses the structure. Profound, and built to age.
