BURGUNDY

This white Aligoté grape is a rustic grape variety that finds its good development in limestone and marly soils. Perfect as aperitif, this also goes well with grilled fish, oysters, or even goat cheese with herbs.

This Pinot comes from the vines of the Côte de Nuits (towards Marsannay and Couchey) where the Pinot noir expresses all these aromas, its fruit and its terroir.

This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine.

Color is a brilliant black-cherry. The bouquet evokes rose-petals, peony, violet, red fruits and a hint of licorice. In the mouth, the attack is deep and incisive, with good richness - esp for this price!
