Bright medium ruby. Very dark, discreet scents of black raspberry, crème de cassis and flowers. Densely packed, intense and energetic, terrific savory minerality and violet lift. A crystalline quality finishes with mounting length and noble tannins.

The elegant nose exudes fruity and floral notes. The palate of this Mercurey offers a harmonious structure and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness. An easy drinking wine that is ideal served either as an aperitif or with a meal.

Our Chablis 2022 has a brilliant pale yellow color with green reflections. Its nose reveals notes of honeysuckle. Its mouth, round and fresh, reveals aromas of white peach with a mineral finish.

100% Chardonnay. Tasting notes Visual: Gold colour with light silver-grey tints. Nose: Very expressive with aromas of flowers and honey. Palate: A frank attack. Like a hot dog.

Very fresh bouquet with notes of citrus and white fleshed fruit, with a very slightly oaky finish. Fresh and supple, the wine is marked by mineral notes that are typical of the appellation.

The 2021 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts reveals notes of red berries, plums, vine smoke, exotic spices and bergamot. Fine complete purple, a little oak shows on the nose. Some whole bunches Very juicy and also very well balanced.

Some savory and lemon-pastry aromas here. The palate has such fleshy peaches and white nectarines, as well as mangoes. Very round, open and fluid wine. Acidity has the final word. So long and densely mineral at the finish.

A layer of crisp acidity is surrounded by the generous white and yellow fruits, accented by a touch of toast and spice. This is hedonistic in approach, leaving a long, palate-staining aftertaste that echoes the fruit and oak.

Aromas of mayflower, acacia, and honeysuckle blend with verbena and hazelnut. This wine boasts a profound minerality (flint). Age brings in notes of honey or ripe pear. On the palate, fleshiness is matched by mellowness, and both are equally persistent

Vaillons is a bit more powerful and structured, but Dauvissat's classic take has plenty of saline minerals and crisp acidity too. Soft touch of oak here buttresses the structure. Profound, and built to age.

This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine.
