The lovely balance of ripe pineapple, creaminess and discreet oak makes this Meursault very easy to enjoy. The mineral freshness from high-altitude vineyards nicely complementing the bass notes. Nice touch of grapefruit at the bold finish.

100% Chardonnay from 20-25 year old vines farmed using no herbicides. Aged three months on the lees. Vegan friendly. Very clean, fresh, Alpine in character; not unlike the wines of the Jura & Savioe. Great change from Macon!

Bright medium ruby. Very dark, discreet scents of black raspberry, crème de cassis and flowers. Densely packed, intense and energetic, terrific savory minerality and violet lift. A crystalline quality finishes with mounting length and noble tannins.

This wine has lots of lovely ripe fruit, yet not over the top, fine minerality and perfectly poised acidity . The palate is quite richly flavoured, notes of pineapple, ripe apple and a nutty roundness. It has a lovely backbone of acidity and minerality.

This Vieilles Vignes red is sort of a Reserve-level wine with not only the oldest vines but also the best exposures combined to make a more nuanced, complex wine with Mercurey’s textbook depth, spiciness and concentration on display.

100% Chardonnay. With fresh floral aromas, the wine shows elegant, rich fruit on the palate. This is one of the purest expressions of Chardonnay in Burgundy. Pairs with vegetable terrines, poultry & goat cheese.

The elegant nose exudes fruity and floral notes. The palate of this Mercurey offers a harmonious structure and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness. An easy drinking wine that is ideal served either as an aperitif or with a meal.

Bright bouquet of currant, raspberry and blackberry. The mouth is full and delicious with peppery notes, supple tannins, for an already very pleasurable wine.

Vaillons is a bit more powerful and structured, but Dauvissat's classic take has plenty of saline minerals and crisp acidity too. Soft touch of oak here buttresses the structure. Profound, and built to age.

A racy white, nicely balanced and showing lemon, apple, smoke and flint aromas and flavors. This is smooth and long, with a bright, refreshing finish.

This Chablis reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine.
