BEAUJOLAIS AND LYONNAIS

An easy-drinking wine made with high quality grapes grown in the southern part of Beaujolais. Soils are light, and give a fresh expression of Gamay. Fruit-forward, juicy, has expressive aromas and flavors of strawberries and black cherries with spice.

When young, violet and cherry notes dominate. After a few years, the bouquet develops aromas of iris, spices and ripe fruit.

Outstandingly pure with vibrant, mineral and spice accented red and blue fruit and floral scents. Silky on the palate with generous amounts of raspberry, boysenberry, candied rose and smoky mineral flavors.

Drinks like a Cru Beaujoalis. Ripe notes of cherries, pomegranate, and roses Burgundy, France Organic fermented carbonically and aged in a combination of cement and stainless steel
