ALSACE

Yellow pale with nice brilliance and a persisting mousse. An expressive nose full of fresh fruits, apple peaches and apricots. Nice maturity and ripe fruit on the palate.

Straight forward fruits of citrus, green apple, and pear compliment the hints of elderflower in the nose. Palate is dry and supple, with a nice mouthcoating texture to the fruit flavors. Excellent aperitif, or with seafood & sushi.

The nose is highly aromatic with notes of lime blossom and white peach leading into flavors so freshly fruity they are reminiscent of eating ripe grapes or peaches. White flowers and minerality lead into a bone dry finish.
