Within its characteristic fruit and sweetness floral aromas of camomile and orange blossom stand out with hints of honey. It has a light unctuous palate with flavors of ripe fruit surrounded by an intense freshness. A rich persistent finish.
From a single estate where a quarter of the vines are more than 80 years old: soft and seamless, boasting waves of dates, dried figs, brazil nuts and toasted almonds. Suave silky texture and wonderful savory- sweet length. Supremely good.
On the nose thick raisiny notes and dates. However the slightly tangy Oloroso is nicely balancing. Hints of toffee and walnuts. Plum jam. Chocolate and coffee. On the palate sweet, brown sugar and caramel. Prunes with a spicy background. Very long finish.
Boston Bual still boasts incredible balance and refreshing acidity. The hallmark of this wine is its otherworldly complexity, featuring cinnamon-clove spiciness with overtones of citrus peel and woodsmoke.
