PINOT NOIR

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir, sourced entirely from the Sonoma Coast appellation. Harvested in early September, this Pinot Noir was aged in 100% French Oak, 30% new for 9 months.

Medium-light color, explosive nose of strawberry, fall leaves and clove with dynamic flavors of warm red fruit, bay laurel, bright cherries and a kiss of toasty oak. This is an amazing complex pinot with great depth, bright richness and length.

Aromas of ripe raspberry, tart bing cherry, plum and white pepper, the palate is light, but explodes with minerality. A beautifully balanced and integrated acidity. Elegant and complex, a lovely spice component which becomes ever present while sipping.

Packed with classic Pinot Noir flavors of sweet red fruits – cherry, raspberry and hibiscus. Rich, fruity and lush with subtle spice and tea undertones.
