Vivacious blackberries, crushed black cherries, warm black currants scents plus exotic hints of cassia, cardamom, and star anise. Medium-bodied, the palate has fantastic energy and poise, with bright, crunchy black and red fruit fine-grained texture.

Medium-light color, explosive nose of strawberry, fall leaves and clove with dynamic flavors of warm red fruit, bay laurel, bright cherries and a kiss of toasty oak. This is an amazing complex pinot with great depth, bright richness and length.

Opaque purple-ruby color. Ripe blackberry fruit, barrel spice, anise, violets, and crushed limestone. Opulent mountain fruit entry, firm acid, and fine-grain, age-worthy tannins. Powerful complexity and tremendous length to the finish.

Deep garnet-red color. Aromas of ripe raspberry and cherry fruits, fresh mint, exotic spices, with clay-earth minerals. Beautiful briary fruits on entry, medium-full body, integrated tannins, and great persistence to the finish.

Notes of caramelized apples, white flowers, honeysuckle, and crushed rocks. These all carry to a medium-bodied Chardonnay with bright acidity, a focused, chiseled texture, terrific minerality, and just a kiss of background oak.

Luxurious texture, with layers of rich and concentrated crème de cassis, blackberry and black plum fruit on the palate. Nuances of violet, anise, leather, dark chocolate, black truffle can also be found in this incredibly pure wine of power and finesse.

Each year, Caymus sets aside the best barrels of our Cabernet from Napa Valley to produce Special Selection. Extremely fine, velvety tannins and enjoyable upon release or with aging. A wine of with intense concentration of supple flavors and dark fruits.

This aromatic nose has notes of green pear, white flower and honeycomb with a slight rosemary, white pepper thread leading to a bright mouth of meringue, ginger, honeydew melon and lemon zest.

Sonoma, CA- Bursting at the seams with aromas of macerated wild berries and an elegant, soft earth undertone. The flavors combine both sweet and tart, reminiscent of Santa Rosa plums and wild blackberries that grow so commonly in Sonoma Wine Country.

Aromas of fresh blackcherry, burnt sugar and smokiness fill your glass. On the palate, flavors evolve with vanilla foam, ripe dark fruit, roasted coffee and spice. This full-bodied wine is rounded out with smooth supple tannins with a touch of acidity.
