CHARDONNAY

This elegantly balanced, medium-bodied wine is half barrel fermented and aged sur-lie. The wine displays inviting notes of tropical fruit and citrus blossom on the nose that gives way to peach and pear flavors on the palette.

Full bodied, yet well balanced Chardonnay with just a kiss of oak. There are aromas of apple, pear, pineapple, and vanilla mixed with floral notes. Hints of citrus and bright flavors of pear, apple, tropical fruits and peaches fill the glass.

Extremely aromatic and floral with citrus peel and rose petal aromas. The oak is restrained and in the background. On the palate one finds tropical and citrus flavors with lead to a crisp and refreshing acidity.

The 2018 Morning Fog Chardonnay bursts with aromatics from citrus, lemon curd, pear and toasty oak. This wine is balanced by hints of vanilla and citrus on the palate, finishing with a nice acidity.

Fresh and vibrant aromas of sliced green apple, white peach, and honeysuckle with integrated notes of baked apple and puff pastry on the palate. It is round, layered, and complex with a refreshing acidity that leads to a full and lengthy finish.

It boasts aromas of green fruits, like apple and pear, and citrus scents of grapefruit and lime peel. A mango hint also unearths as the wine reaches the nose. Ripe stone fruit flavors, peach and apricot. Honey hints and a slightly charred wood character.

Offers excellent body and beautifully aromatic fruit flavors of pineapple, honeysuckle and peaches that pair perfectly with lobster, pad thai or pork roast.

The 2021 Rickshaw Chardonnay is seamlessly bright. Aromas of pear, Golden Delicious apples, dried mango, and honeysuckle are complimented with hints of tangerine.

The 2021 Chardonnay is layered with tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango counterpointed by a core of bright citrus fruits of Meyer lemon, quince, and Tangerine. Rich yet harmonious and balanced!
