Gentle forest fruit and tarry plum aromas, together with an exotic cinnamon note from the oak. A wine of volume as well as finesse and poise, with dried flowers on the finish.

Poured as a dark garnet, the wine opens with primary aromas of ripe cassis and blackberry. Supporting hints of dark chocolate, toasted oak and cedar support the massive extract and tannin.

Aromas of fresh blackcherry, burnt sugar and smokiness fill your glass. On the palate, flavors evolve with vanilla foam, ripe dark fruit, roasted coffee and spice. This full-bodied wine is rounded out with smooth supple tannins with a touch of acidity.

Earthy aromas and flavors of cherry lozenge, glazed beets, succulent plum, roasted nuts, ginger, and allspice. With a velvety, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a smooth, elegant, long finish with earthy tannins and moderate oak flavor.

Full-bodied with layers of plum, cedar, sage, and smoky leather. Elegant, round tannins and a touch of vanilla with toasty caramel linger on the finish. Medium and strong-flavored cheeses, such as blue cheese or sharp cheddar pair nicely with this wine.

Aromas of ripe blackberry and boysenberry with hints of dark chocolate and sweet oak. On the palate, dark fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and lush tannins that carry all the way over a lingering, elegant finish—with just a kiss of minerality.

The nose is quite pretty, black flowers, cassis, plum, cocoa nib, oak spice and mint. On the palate this is moderate in weight for a Cab with a mix of blue and black fruits, cocoa nib, blue and black fruits and mixed spices.
