Each barrel of Garrison Brothers Single Barrel has aged for at least three years in the searing Texas heat, soaking up a unique set of notes and flavors from a new American White Oak barrel.
On the nose: stone fruit, spice notes, with floral notes and a light oak. On the palate: greeted with the caramel, corn and fruit notes early. Finish: The sweetness of the initial taste slowly morphing into a hotter rye finish.
Charred oak flavor that is complemented with sweet brown sugar, a touch of black pepper, and dried fruit to round it out. A pleasant, lingering charred oak finish with a touch of dried fruit
Unlike Bourbon or Rye, this whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a unique flavor profile. Mellow flavor with less intense smoky, charred influence found in bourbons. Instead, it has a sweetness, oak, mint & spice flavor
