WHISKEY

The reddish-hued spirit is spicy and racy on the nose. Big aromas of cloves and cinnamon red hots are complemented by a gritty barrel char and a bold stewed fruit character that hits almost like a mulled wine. Water mellows and softens it properly!

On the palate--caramel and hazelnuts course through dark chocolate and hints of spice give way to vanilla and honey.
Then follows a luxuriously long, warming, smoky finish.

Charred oak flavor that is complemented with sweet brown sugar, a touch of black pepper, and dried fruit to round it out. A pleasant, lingering charred oak finish with a touch of dried fruit
