DOMAINE TRAVELLE "FLEUR DE LYS" COTES DE PROVENCE RED 2024

The grapes are hand-harvested and quickly cooled after harvest but undergo no pressing. We use only the drip juices with little extraction from the skins, letting the juices speak for themselves. This results in a magnificently fresh and fruity wine with delicate color and fine tannins. It can be served slightly chilled with pasta dishes, pizza, and any summer meal. Only 3,000 bottles of this wine were produced in 2024.
