Vaillons is a bit more powerful and structured, but Dauvissat's classic take has plenty of saline minerals and crisp acidity too. Soft touch of oak here buttresses the structure. Profound, and built to age.

Intense garnet with orange nuances. On the nose, the wine is elegant with notes of violet, tar, and cherry compote.

This bottling of 100% Barbera holds up to the reputation of its locale. Flexing the classic markers of bright acidity, ripe fruit, and beautifully balanced structure.

A juicy light red with a particular fruit profile - proper purple/dark fruit profile, notes of blackberries, currants, a hint of pepper, and a whole lotta freshness. Very lean at only 10% abv, this is the perfect red to kick off any afternoon or evening.

The rich and toasty character of our Blanc de Noirs is balanced and superb. Amazing berries aromas and the creamy texture play a leading role and create a great finesse. Aggressive mousse and a lovely fruitiness with plenty of charm and toasty aromas.

100% Pinot Noir, with bright red cherry and wild strawberry fruit, intermingling with some subtle spices and fine herbs. Aged 24 months en tirage, which gives the wine complexity and depth.

Fragrant, deliciously aromatic, with fine tannins and a balance reminiscent of 2004. Like all late vintages, the 2018 Barolos require patience, yet offer gorgeous drinkability today already.

Fruitful, complex and dry, making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself as an apéritif. The character of the wine is most strongly influenced by bright, flavorful Pinot Noir. Chardonnay gives spice, structure and length on the palate.

Notes of tapenade, licorice, smoked herbs, and meat juices interwoven with black cherry and darker fruits are followed by an expansive, broadly flavored, full-bodied wine with no hard edges, gorgeous fruit purity, and a long, spicy, heady finish.
