Brewed with a grist comprised of 100% French heirloom malts, which provide notes of sweet bread, breakfast cereal and wildflower honey. Strisselspalt hops, from Alsace, offer a delicate bouquet of fresh-cut grass, sencha and stone fruit. 4.6% ABV
