DOMAINE DU PELICAN ARBOIS CHARDONNAY

It drinks as ultra-Jura now and less Burgundian than previous vintages. The nose is full of almond and nut notes, incredibly racy and full of tension in the mouth. Lovely touches of lime, pear, green apples and silex.
