BAUER WINE & SPIRITS ON-LINE ORDERING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Massachusetts State Law requires that you MUST be 21 years of age to order, receive and consume alcoholic beverages. Therefore, there must be someone present with a valid proof of age to receive and sign for the order. We accept the following forms of ID: Massachusetts State Driver's License or Liquor ID, Current Valid Passport, or United States Military ID.

You can place your online order right away on this site by using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. All information is secured under Bauer Wine's security policy. All orders will be processed and confirmed via e-mail within 24 hours and scheduled for delivery within the following 2-5 business days.

For an immediate or more urgent order, you may place your order via telephone by calling Bauer Wine & Spirits at (617) 262-0363. Additional delivery charges may apply.

We offer free delivery Monday through Saturday 10 am - 10 pm and Sunday 12 Noon - 7 pm within the metro Boston area with a minimum purchase to the following areas:

We can and will deliver anywhere in Massachusetts. Shipping and handling charges will apply. All orders will be shipped via Federal Express or TCS Courier.
