| Bauer Wines has been a Newbury Street
institution since it was founded by Eric Bauer in 1960. He and his father sought
out business from doctors, lawyers, and university faculty, successfully helping
to bring wine into the mainstream in the Boston
area in the ’60s. Howie Rubin joined Mr. Bauer in 1980 and has been at
the helm ever since. Bauer Wines has always emphasized customer service, knowledgeable
staff, and an emphasis on educating the public. Our pricing is very
competitive, as we believe in passing along savings to the customer. Delivery
is FREE in the Boston
